Delivery and Drop Off?

We deliver Rental Equipment between 9 am and 5 pm. Any delivery outside this window will be charged an after-hours delivery rate. We do not make appointments to provide your equipment at a specific time. You will receive a call two to three hours before delivery so someone can sign off when we arrive. Please note that we are closed for business on Sundays. If your event is on a Sunday, we will deliver the equipment on Saturday and pick it up the following Monday.

How early can I book my rental equipment & supplies?

As early as you have a date for your event. Cancellations made three business days or less before the event date will attract a 100% charge. All orders over $500 attract a 50% non-refundable deposit if this order is canceled at any time.

What are the acceptable forms of payment?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and company checks. If a company check bounces due to insufficient funds, you will be charged an extra $35.00.
